This is a step by step assembly instruction for the Ewins Plasma, HDTV, LCD, or Wide-screen TV Stand with Storage.

Locate the base of the Media Center and gather 8 connector bolts. Using a Philips screwdriver tighten the connector bolts into the threaded inserts already attached to the base. Set aside for future use.
Locate the top of the Media Center and gather 8 connector bolts. Using a Philips screwdriver tighten the connector bolts into the threaded inserts already attached to the base. Set aside for future use.
Locate the left and right side, side vertical supports and the left and right side center vertical supports. The vertical side supports will have a on of the long side edges rabbeted (grooved) The edge with the groove is the inside back of the support. The center supports will have series of holes for the shelf supports on both sides. The side that has holes that match up with the side vertical supports should installed facing the vertical side supports.
Once you have located and paired the vertical supports gather 8 wooden dowels and insert them into the center hole in the top and bottom edges of the vertical supports.
Gather the base, top and vertical supports. With the base setting on its feet place the vertical supports on the base as illustrated in the photo. Once complete locate the top and position on top of the vertical supports. Make sure at this point that all the edges of the base top and side vertical supports with rabbet are all on the same side. Gather 8 of the connector bolt cams and insert in the cam holes with the arrow on the cam point in the direction of the connector bolt. With a Phillips head screwdriver rotate clockwise until tight this should be about half to quarter turn.Do not over tighten. This is a good time to inspect the shelf support holes making sure that they align with the holes opposite them. If not loosen cams and make adjustments to the vertical pieces that are not aligned.
Locate the hardboard back, and gather 20 M3x15 screws. Press the hardboard back into the rabbet (groove) on the rear of the media center. And secure using the screws.
Locate the Shelf door frame pieces. Gather the hinged door frame sides the non hinged door frame sides and the top and bottom door frames sides. Examine the edges of the top and bottom door frames sides . The two piece that have two small pilot holes on one of the long side edges are the bottom pieces. Take one hinged side and on non hinged side. Make sure the shelf support holes align with one another when dowel holes on long side edge are facing up. This means you have found a mirrored pair.
Gather 4 connector bolts and 4 wooden dowels. Locate a paired top and a paired hinged and non hinged side. Insert the connector bolts in the threaded inserts and tighten. Insert 2 dowels in the dowel holes on the top side frame piece then repeat for the bottom side piece.
Insert the connector bolt into the connector bolt holes on the top and bottom frames pieces and press together. Insert a cam in each hole and tighten. Locate the non hinged frame side piece and gather 4- M4x30 screws. Using the pilot holes as a guide fix the non hinged side piece the other assembled parts . See illustration.

Lay the door frame assemble flat with the Dowel holes face up. Gather six wooden dowels and insert into the dowels holes.

Locate the Shelf -door door panel and lay face down. Gather 4 connector bolts then using a Philips screwdriver tighten the connector bolts into the threaded inserts already attached to the door panel. Insert the connector bolts in the connector bolt holes on the door frame assembly using the dowels as a guide and press on together.

Turn the door panel and frame assembly face down. Gather four connector bolt cams insert into the cam holes and tighten cams.
Stand the Assembled shelf door up vertically and gather 12 self supports. Locate three of the shelves and gather 3- M4x30 screws. Place the shelves on the shelf supports and attach the shelf to the unit using the pilot holes located in the non hinged side as a guide. Repeat these steps for the opposite door.
To hang the doors gather 6- M4 x 15 screws. With the door in a open postion, take one screw and using the pilot hole as a guide start on screw in the center hole of the top hinge. do not tight en all the way. next start a second screw in the center hole of the bottom hinge using the pilot holes as a guide. Do not tighten all the way. Start the rest of the screws alternating tightening between top and bottom screws until all screws are tight. Repeat this procedure for the opposite door.
Locate on of the magnetic latches and one of the strike plates. Gather four M3x15 screws. Using the pilots holes located on the base of the media center attach the magnetic catch. Using the pilot holes located on the outside front edge of the bottom of the door attach the striker plate with the remaining two screws. Close the door and feel for some resistance when you go to open it .Or listen for a metallic click when you shut the door. If you feel or hear neither. Loosen the screws on the magnetic latch an slide forward. There grooves in the latch that allow for fine tuning. Repeat this process for the opposite side.
Locate on of the wooden knobs and one of the M4x25 bolts. Inert the bolt through the hole and thread the knob on to the exposed end of the bolt. Using a Philips head screw driver to hold the head of the bolt firm use your hand to tighten the knob. Do not over tighten. Repeat this process for the opposite side.

Gather the remaining shelf supports and insert into the remaining shelf support holes and insert the shelves The shelves in the center of the Media center are adjustable. SO make sure you place close attention when you insert the shelf supports that you have the correct spacing on each side.
